This small bit of moorland is just 10 minutes away from Wadebridge and is ideal for an afternoon or evening walk. I often come here dog walking as it provides the dogs with plenty of space to run and play chase whilst being easy to spot any cattle nearby.
The pack looking very happy with all the mud around on this walk
As you make your way to the top of the hill you will be able to look back at a stunning view down the valley and once at the top you can look towards the coast of Newquay and Camel estuary. Another reason I love this walk as a dog walker is that at the bottom there is a small stream and pool that is perfect for washing off any muddy mutts, you will need wellies for this though!
