Current Dog Walking Spaces
I’m looking for passionate people who love dogs, and I mean L-O-V-E dogs. I want people who love dogs so much that they dream about playing fetch, spend hours and hours on Instagram “aww-ing” at puggles, poodles and pit-bulls, and are always stopping on the street to ask, “can I say hello to your dog?” If that’s you, please keep reading...
I am looking for people who are warm, caring, honest, and hardworking. It’s also essential to be comfortable with dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments. It's also important that you live within 15 minutes of Wadebridge, Bodmin, Blisland or Camelford.
People skills are essential too, as you’ll be interacting with our dog’s humans every day.
You must have experience caring for dogs (either personal or professional) and a willingness to learn about each of our dogs and their individual routines.
You must be able to keep up with the physical demands of strong dogs, being on your feet, walking and cycling for much of the day (come rain, snow or heatwave), all with a positive attitude.
As a dog walker we genuinely become part of the families we help care for, and because of this, I am looking for people who are committed to dog walking and looking to stay for at least six months. Due to the current pandemic situation, this is a six months part-time contract of 10 hours a week (Monday to Friday - 11:00 am to 1 pm). As the business grows, there'll be an opportunity for additional hours as well as evening work pet sitting.
If I think you might be a good fit, I’ll invite you to a video interview.
